Unique Collection Method
We do not drag like others, we gently roll onto a stretcher/skid and it is the skid that is pulled not your pet.
Low, Large Cremator
I personally manage all cremations, our cremator is large enough for the biggest horse to be placed into gently.
Unique Recovery Endorsed by Equine Vet
On a number of occasions our unique collection service has been endorsed by leading Equine Vets (see above)
Only Individual Cremations
We only offer individual cremations of our smallest and biggest companions.
Planned or Emergency Event
We always recommend planning and have never been late for an appointed time. In emergencies we try our utmost to get to you within the same day or early on the next.
Choice of Caskets
Our Prices include a choice from a range of caskets and baskets.

Every animal in our care has respectful and sensitive treatment.
Planning or Sudden
Hi I am Laura, if at all possible I do recommend you plan this dreadful day, a well planned event will be far better than an emergency or sudden event. As credited to Shailen Jasani "Euthanasia is better a week too early than a day too late" In your heart you will know when they are ready, avoid the horrible possibilities of a day too late. However sometimes its not possible to plan so I will do my utmost to be with you as soon as possible.
When You Lose Your Pet (Collection)
Our Step by step service: For the collection we ensure we are there at an appropriate time to suit your wishes. We are equipped with the right vehicles, equipment and tools to ensure that where ever humanly possible we gently rescue your horse.
Your horse is gently turned onto a stretcher, the stretcher is winched or towed onto our covered vehicle, ready for you to say goodbye.
Cremation Service
On arrival at our premises your horse is gently transferred to the cremator, we have purposely selected a large low cremator which ensures it has the access and capacity to gently place any size horse or pony.
Finally we ensure you can collect or have your horses ashes returned to you when you are ready, so they are back with you where they belong.
Choice of Caskets/Memorabilia
We can return your horses ashes in a simple scatter box or we can offer a choice of caskets and memorabilia with or without engraving. The choice is yours. (Please see "Urns" page)
